If you were in a zombie apocalypse what is the first place you raid
This is a hard one. There's like a top 5 things I would be after so I guess a place that has the most chance to have those 5 things.
- Medicine, especially for infections, so it needs to have a drug store part - Freezers (to freeze as much food as possible) - Non perishable food & food you can freeze - Fuel for when the power goes out, you can use the generator with the fuel or for a car escape - Wood or bricks to barricade myself if need be
It would be hard getting it all though, probably a Walmart superstore that has a gas station
YESSSSS our minds thinking Walmart!
I’d also move to an abandoned school and barricade it as much as possible. I’d make it look more abandoned by breaking some of the windows / painting them black so people think nobody inhabits it. Then I’d make a water infiltration system and connect it to the school’s pool so that when it rains the water can be collected. I’d use the school roof for plants
I always envisioned a remote location, like a cabin or old farm house where you can grow fruits & veggies bc there will come a time where you will need something more than the food you gathered when the Apocalypse started. You want to be somewhere where people won't really hear or see you (like if you have the lights on at night or whatever) & also it would be a bonus if it's near a body of water since I don't know that Zombies can swim, so for a quick escape. The school is not bad though. Reminds me of that cancelled Netflix show Day Break where they used a mall & a school
