This is a creative challenge where you will have to write a story following certain guidelines. Once the deadline passes, I will get outsiders to act as judges & score your stories to determine your scores.
For this story, you will be writing about struggling women hockey players that put a team together. You can choose the event they need the team for, the reason, but all your characters have to be Big Brother players (can be from any Big Brother) but the coach has to be someone from BB Twitter.
On top of this you have to make sure your story is at least 700 words long, but under 4000 words long. You must also make sure it include 3 real hockey facts in there. I want them to be underlined in your text. Your story MUST have a title & a cast list. Finally, you must make sure the words Chinchilla & Tater Tots are included in your story.
Your deadline to submit your stories in your journal is Wednesday at 9:00pm EST. You can submit more than once, we will only take your last submission before the deadline.
Any questions?

When you say BB Twitter, who are we talking about?

Sorry, I was not mentally there last night, I finally got some sleep & I'm back. By BB Twitter I mean like me, Slimm, Posey, Mel Brown, Yas, Coco, etc. People from twitter that often tweet about Big Brother.

Few things I want to share, with questions that have been asked.
- I did say WOMEN but it's ok if it's teenagers or children. I think the reason I want it to be gender based is bc Women's Hockey as a whole has a much harder time getting recognized, getting sponsored, getting talent than the Men's Hockey who has many leagues all over the world. I want that aspect to be felt more bc the struggles are different for men & women in hockey, but their age is not important. - A team is usually 12 forwards (4 lines of 3), 6 defense (3 duos) & 2 goalies. I don't need all of these 20 players to be featured or have a big role. In any sport movie, show, etc, it's not the whole team that has equal air time, it's often focused on a group of them, which is good here too.
Hope that helps

For those of you who are not familiar with sport stories, I can suggest a few movies that are pretty decent as well. Miracle & The Mighty Ducks for hockey specific, but for women's sport, I would say A League of Their Own is excellent, like a great movie. You can watch one and get a feel for how they represent a team with struggles

I will give to 9:30pm EST to send in since there was some wait time after the Ice Climbing challenge & it's taking a while to score. The results for this won't be till tomorrow though since I need people to read everything & it's a lot.

I will post the results once we finish Biathlon as I do not want to distract during that comp. I'm only waiting on one judge.

I forgot to mention that the judges gave each of you a score out of 10 for following the rules & a score out of 10 for creativity. That's why it's out of 20 for each judge.

Ryan from BBCAN6 was the Canadian judge. He tweeted his score sheet. I retweeted it with the QGames account on Twitter if you guys want to see. I love the dedication & effort, especially from an actual BB HG.
